참가는 국제고려학회, 몽골국립대학교, 몽골 과학 아카데미 국제학 연구소 소속 학자만이 가능합니다. 주최 단체에 소속되어 있지 않은 참가 희망자는 먼저 국제고려학회 웹사이트(https://isks.org/admission)에서 회원으로 가입해 주시기 바랍니다.

Participants are accepted from scholars affiliated with the International Society for Korean Studies (ISKS), Institute of International Studies at the Mongolian Academy of Sciences, or the National University of Mongolia only. Non-affiliated individuals who wish to participate are kindly requested to apply for ISKS membership through the ISKS website(https://isks.org/admission) .

토론회에 참가를 희망하는 일반 참가자는 사전 신청이 필요합니다. 신청 폼은 후일 공개될 예정입니다.

Advance registration will be required for those wishing to participate in the conference as general attendees. The registration form will be provided at a later date.

론/논문 완성본 제출  Full paper submission       By 5pm, 10th July 2025(JST)

심사에 통과된 발표자는 논/론문 완성본을 제출하시기 바랍니다. 이하에서 론/논문 양식을 확인하신 후 기한내에 전용 폼에서 PDF파일을 업로드하시기 바랍니다.

 패널 신청을 하신 경우에도 각 발표자는 개별적으로 논/론문을 제출하여야 합니다.

기한 내에 제출하지 않으신 경우에는 자동적으로 참가신청이 취소되오니 유의하시기 바랍니다.

*코리아학국제학술토론회에서는 남북의 학자가 참석 및 발표하는 관계상 학술적 중립성을 중요시하고 있습니다.

론/논문 작성 시 북한/남한, 북조선/남조선 등 대신에 조선민주주의인민공화국/대한민국(한국), 북측/남측, 이북/이남 등의 표현을 사용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

The presenter who has passed the screening should submit a complete paper.

Please check the full paper sample below and upload the PDF file onto the full paper submission form within the deadline.

For panel submissions, each presenter must submit their paper individually.

Please note that failure to submit the paper by the deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of your participation.

Please ensure that your paper adheres to the designated format. Non-conforming papers may need to be revised and resubmitted.

3)  파일명　File Name

론/논문 파일 업로드 시, 파일명을 ‘성명–논/론문제목’으로 설정해 주시기 바랍니다. 업로드 오류가 생기면 이메일(isks16th@isks.org)로 보내 주시기 바랍니다. 

When uploading your paper file, please name the file as ‘Name-Title’. If upload fails, email it to isks16th@isks.org.

1) 발표자 등록비 Presenter Registration Fee

일반 발표자 General Presenters – JPY 25,000 (per person)

대학원생 발표자 Postgraduate Student Presenters – JPY 15,000 (per person)

발표자 등록비에는 토론회 참가비, 자료비, 19일 및 20일의 중식, 개회연 및 폐회연 참가비가 포함되어 있습니다.

숙박비는 포함되지 않으며, 참가자께서 개별적으로 숙소를 예약을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

The registration fee for presenters includes the conference participation fee, material costs, lunch on the 19th and 20th, as well as admission to the opening and closing receptions.

Accommodation costs are not included, and participants are kindly requested to arrange their own lodging.

2) 결제 방법　Payment Method

등록비 청구서는 5월 말까지 PayPal을 통해 이메일로 발송될 예정이오니, 수신 후 결제 절차를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다. 

등록비 납부 마감일은 일본 시간 7월 15일 오후 5시이며, 기한 내에 등록비 납부가 확인되지 않은 경우, 참가 자격이 자동으로 취소되오니 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

이미 납부하신 등록비는 환불되지 않습니다. PayPal 결제 안내 이메일이 원활히 수신될 수 있도록 service@paypal.com에서 발송되는 이메일을 사전에 수신 가능하도록 설정해 주시기 바랍니다.

또한 PayPal을 통한 결제가 어려운 경우, 해외 송금이 가능한 은행 계좌 정보를 안내해 드리오니 이메일(isks16th@isks.org)로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.

The registration fee invoice is scheduled to be sent via PayPal by the end of May. Please proceed with the payment process upon receipt.

The payment deadline is July 15 at 5:00 PM (Japan Standard Time). If the payment is not confirmed by the deadline, your participation will be automatically canceled. Please note that once paid, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Additionally, please ensure that emails from service@paypal.com can be received to avoid any issues with payment notifications.

If payment via PayPal is not possible, the necessary bank account details for an international transfer will be provided upon request. Please contact us via email isks16th@isks.org for further assistance.

대학원생 재정 지원 안내   Graduate Student Financial Support Information  By 5pm, 30th April 2025(JST)

본 학술토론회는 경제적 지원이 필요한 대학원생을 대상으로 등록비 지원 및 교통비 일부 지원을 실시합니다.

지원을 희망하시는 분들은 아래 신청 자격을 확인하신 후, 4월 30일 오후 5시(JST)까지 전용 폼을 통해서 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

신청 시, 재학 여부를 확인할 수 있는 학생증 등의 증빙 자료를 반드시 첨부해 주십시오.

접수된 신청서는 심사를 거쳐 검토되며, 5월 중순까지 개별적으로 결과를 안내해 드릴 예정입니다.

<신청 자격>

• 학술토론회의 논/론문 발표자이자, 개최일 기준 대학원에 재학 중인 학생
• 소속 기관 및 타 기관으로부터 별도의 지원을 받지 않는 자
• 대학원생이라 하더라도 대학 교원, 연구원, 공무원, 기업 종사자 등 정규직으로 재직 중인 경우에는 본 지원의 취지에 부합하지 않아 해당 없음.

※폼(Google)을 이용할 수 없는 경우, 아래 내용을 이메일(isks16th@isks.org)로 보내주시기 바랍니다.

• 성함(한글, 영문), 이메일, 소속, 전공, 학위 과정(석사/박사)
• 소속 기관 또는 타 기관 지원 여부(해당 시 신청 불가)
• 정규직 재직 여부(해당 시 신청 불가)

At this academic conference, registration fee support and partial travel support are provided for graduate students who require financial assistance.

Applicants are required to review the eligibility criteria below and are requested to submit their application through the designated form by April 30 at 5pm (JST).

When submitting an application, proof of enrollment, such as a student ID or a certificate of enrollment, must be attached to verify student status.

All applications will be examined through a screening process, and individual results will be communicated by mid-May.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be enrolled as a graduate student at the time of the conference.
• Must not receive financial support from their affiliated institution or any other organization.
• Graduate students who are employed in full-time positions as university faculty, researchers, government officials, or corporate employees are not eligible for this support, as such cases do not align with the purpose of this program.

If accessing the Google Form is not possible, please send the following information via email to isks16th@isks.org:

• Full Name (in Korean and English), Email, Affiliation, Department, and Degree Program (Master’s/Doctoral)
• Funding Status: Whether you are receiving support from your affiliated institution or any other organization (Applicants receiving such support are not eligible to apply.)
• Employment Status: Whether you hold a full-time position (Applicants with full-time employment are not eligible to apply.)
• Reason for Applying for Registration Fee Support
• Student ID or Certificate of Enrollment (PDF / JPG)
• For Partial Travel Expense Support: Flight ticket receipt or reservation confirmation (must include name, amount, issue date, and flight details) (PDF / JPG)

All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Any false information will result in the cancellation of participation eligibility.

Support Method: The approved amount will be provided in cash on the day of the conference

초청장　Invitation Letter

발표자에게는 4월 중에 공식 초청장이 발송될 예정입니다. 4월 말까지 초청장을 받지 못하신 경우, 사무국으로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

An official invitation letter will be sent to the presenters by April. If you do not receive the invitation by the end of April, please contact the secretariat.

논문상　Paper Award

본 학술토론회에서는 대학원생을 대상으로 우수한 논문을 선정하여 논문상을 수여합니다. 선정된 수상자에게는 표창과 함께 상금이 지급됩니다.

논문상 수상자는 대회 조직위원회의 심사를 거쳐 결정되며, 결과는 폐회식에서 발표됩니다.

Outstanding papers presented by graduate students at this conference will be selected for the Paper Award.

Recipients will receive a certificate of recognition along with a monetary prize.

Awardees will be determined through a review process conducted by the Conference Organizing Committee, and the results will be announced at the closing ceremony.

・발표 20분, 질의응답 10분입니다.

・발표자의 론/논문 파일은 전용 클라우드에서 다운로드할 수 있습니다. 다운로드 방법은 참가 등록된 참가자들에게 이메일로 알려드립니다.

 · The presentation schedule will be published on the conference website on 1 August 2025.

 · The date and time of each presentation cannot be specified.

 · Each presentation is 20 minutes, followed by 10-minute Q&A.

 · Each presenter’s paper file will be available for download from a dedicated cloud. The download instructions will be sent directly by e-mail to registered participants.
