 논/론문 모집  Call for Paper

국제고려학회는 “제16차 코리아학국제학술토론회”의 분과회에서 발표할 논문을 모집합니다. 이번 학술토론회는 다양한 분야의 코리아학 연구자들이 학문적 교류와 논의를 심화할 수 있는 소중한 기회가 될 것입니다. 여러분의 적극적인 참여와 학문적 기여를 기대하며, 많은 신청을 부탁드립니다.

The International Society for Korean Studies (ISKS) invites all ISKS members to participate in the 16th ISKS International Conference of Korean Studies by presenting papers in one of the conference sessions. This conference will be an invaluable opportunity for researchers to deepen academic exchanges and discussions across various fields of Korean studies. We look forward to your active participation and valuable contributions to the field.

 1. 참가자격   Eligibility

발표는 국제고려학회, 몽골 과학 아카데미 국제학 연구소, 몽골국립대학교 소속 학자만이 가능합니다. 주최 단체에 소속되어 있지 않은 발표 희망자는 먼저 국제고려학회 웹사이트(https://isks.org/admission)에서 회원으로 가입해 주시기 바랍니다.

Submissions are accepted from scholars affiliated with the International Society for Korean Studies (ISKS), Institute of International Studies at the Mongolian Academy of Sciences, or the National University of Mongolia only. Non-affiliated individuals who wish to present, including co-presenters, are kindly requested to apply for ISKS membership through the ISKS website(https://isks.org/admission) prior to submitting their proposals.

 1) 논/론문 발표 신청  Abstract submission   – By 5 pm (JST) on 31 January 2025

논/론문 발표를 희망하시는 분은 초록(1000-1500자)을 작성 후, 아래의 링크를 통해 신청하시기 바랍니다. 제1저자로서 발표 가능한 신청 수는 1편이며, 공동저자의 경우에는 제한없습니다. 또한, 최대 5명까지 참여 가능한 패널 제안도 함께 모집합니다. 제출하신 논/론문 초록을 통해 심사 후 발표 여부를 알려드리겠습니다

Please submit your proposal with an abstract (500-700 words) via the application form below. Each individual may submit only one proposal for presentation as the primary author, with no limit on submissions as a co-author.

Additionally, panel proposals with up to five participants are also being accepted.

Submitted abstracts will be reviewed, and acceptance notifications will be sent. 

 2) 론/논문 완성본 제출  Full paper submission   – By 5 pm (JST) on 10 July 2025

심사에 통과된 발표자는 기한내에 논/론문 완성본을 작성하여 제출해 주시기 바랍니다. 논/론문 양식과 제출 방법은 심사 합격 통지 시 안내드릴 예정입니다. 기한 내에 제출하지 않으신 경우, 참가 신청이 자동으로 취소되오니 유의하시기 바랍니다.

Presenters who pass the screening are required to prepare and submit the final paper by the deadline. The format and submission instructions will be provided with the acceptance notification. If the paper is not submitted by the deadline, the registration will be automatically cancelled.

3) 일반 참가 신청  Non-presenter registration   – By 5 pm (JST) on 15 July 2025

토론회에 참가를 희망하는 일반 참가자는 사전 신청이 필요합니다. 신청 폼은 후일 공개될 예정입니다.

Advance registration will be required for those wishing to participate in the conference as general attendees. The registration form will be provided at a later date.

 4) 참가비  Registration Fee

참가비는200~300미국 달러(19일, 20일 점심 및 저녁식사 비용 포함) 사이로 책정될 예정입니다. 또한, 약간명의 대학원생에게 발표 지원금이 제공될 예정입니다. 자세한 사항은 추후 공지드리겠습니다.
The registration fee will be announced in due course and is expected to be set between 200 and 300 USD, which includes lunch and dinner on the 19th and 20th.

Additionally, a presentation grant will be provided to a limited number of graduate students. Further details will be announced in due course. 

4. 신진 연구자에 대한 논/론문상   Paper Awards for Young Researchers

이번 대회에서는 신진 연구자(석,박사 과정 대학원생)를 위한 론/논문 우수상과 장려상이 마련되었습니다. 자세한 사항은 추후 공지드리겠습니다.

This conference will present awards for outstanding papers and encouragement prizes for young researchers(master’s and doctoral students).

Further details will be announced in due course. 

 5. 기타   Others

・세부 프로그램은 토론회 홈페이지에서 2025년 8월 1일경에 공개될 예정입니다.

・발표 일시는 지정할 수 없습니다.

・발표 20분, 질의응답 10분입니다.

・발표자의 론/논문 파일은 전용 클라우드에서 다운로드할 수 있습니다. 다운로드 방법은 참가 등록된 참가자들에게 이메일로 알려드립니다.

 · The presentation schedule will be published on the conference website on 1 August 2025.

 · The date and time of each presentation cannot be specified.

 · Each presentation is 20 minutes, followed by 10-minute Q&A.

 · Each presenter’s paper file will be available for download from a dedicated cloud. The download instructions will be sent directly by e-mail to registered participants.
